How do I book my service?

We’re old fashioned. Send us an email by clicking any of our buttons and we work from there. Putting your unique needs into a proper quote is important and an exact science of listening and community focus. So feel free to send us everything that is important to your site along with your e-mail

How Long will the service take?

We usually try to acomplish all requested services withing 1-2 weeks pending on weather and safe access. With more notice we can plan out exact timelines and capture all required nessesities of your site and work around difficult timelines,

When should I be planning work on my building

This largely depends on what you are getting done. With Window Cleaning we want to work with the weather in March - mid July and September-November. The weather allows for the best possible windows. In August we often get weather that is too hot and makes window cleaning difficult, however cloudy or days of light rain are no issue in getting your building as clean as can be, so long as we are working with positive temperatures

Restoration work is similiar however we generally need to avoid the rain as best possible. Summer months provide the least moisture for applications and we get the best adhesion and lifetime out of our applications during those hot months.

Winter services may include construction cleaning, vent cleaning, and other specialty jobs and inspections. However this is a great time to focus on interiors and planning for the new year. Please see our 5 year plans
